- Permission to Rest - Redefine your North Star and realigning with your goals. We place emphasis on rest and recovery, and take the time to help you fill your cup before moving on to problem-solving and larger challenges.
- Addressing the Mess - Learn how to create order and organization in a way that brings you confidence. Implementing time management strategies in this stage opens up space for growth and allows you to move forward with clarity.
- Doing it Right - Recognize how the expectations you put on yourself and others are affecting your thoughts, feelings, and goals. Our purpose here is to help you build a system in which your expectations are met and you can have confidence in the decisions you make.
- Leveraging Your Support - Optimize your communication and strengthen your support system. Here we'll take a look together at where your support is currently coming from, if and how that might change, and how to accept the support that you need with well-defined expectations.
